Dear Ron,

I would like to take a moment to say "thank you" for the first half of our move. Your personnel were all superb. The "crew" who move us (Jeff, Jeff, Mark, and Paul) were extremely capable, efficient, and helpful. John, who delivered our cartons and papers, was great. He also made a special trip to show me how to put together the mirror cartons, since I was completely crazed several days before the move and just couldn't comprehend how to do this!

Your dispatcher, I think it was Jennie, was the "best" and answered all my frantic calls at the end. Please thank all of them for both of us.

I'll be in touch shortly, as we will be making the trip to Pennsylvania. I was able to find a very good job with a title company and we think we have found a house. We're looking forward to returning "home." I only hope our second half of the move goes as well as the first!

Thank you for very much for your assistance with our move. The entire process was amazingly painless. We were quite concerned, as we have never before hired movers. We found your company through your listing with the Better Business Bureau & were pleased with the results. Eric, the estimator was very presentable & pleasant. He assured us that while we hear horror stories about other moving companies, we would not hear any of these stories about A-1 Family Movers. He told us that you are a family business and your only intension is to perform & build on your reputation. The team of movers arrived before 8am on the day of our move. All 3 men were friendly & pleasant. They made us feel very comfortable & assured us they would move our furniture with care. The truck was loaded quickly & within an hour we were on the way to our new home near Melbourne Beach, FL. We were still a bit concerned, as our new home is a townhouse with 2 sets of stairs. Your team of movers was great. They moved our furniture expertly. By noon, all our furniture was in the house. I cannot praise the crew of movers who took me from my 2-story condo at Poppleton Creek to my new apartment at Willoughby Cove more enthusiastically. (November 28) These men were unusually helpful. They were quick, good natured, smart and extremely helpful. They advised me where to put heavy furniture for the best traffic pattern - they stacked all my labeled boxes in the right rooms in a way that I could easily unpack them. They were also so kind about my taking them to the wrong address initially. I have made many moves in my 82 years, but never more efficiently or with workmen of this caliber. It's my pleasure to tell all my friends and acquaintances of this unusually great experience - everything's here, in tip-top condition and I shall never forget those three friends who helped me.
